Process time was faster than I had imagined.
It takes multiple passes to finish one groove, but it does not matter because processing speed is fast.

V-CUT can be performed immediately even if bending fails due to miscalculated V groove depth.
Always worried about long delivery delay when defects occurs, but now there is no need to worry about it.

Product quality becomes stable because V-CUT and punching can be performed by single machine.
Multi-process by 3 machines: shearing/V-CUT/punching is difficult to achieve high accuracy, but multi-process by one machine decreased defects.

Self-processing brought dramatically shorter delivery time.
